We will target your body with an ever-changing assortment of challenges, each with the goal of improving physical performance. Body weight exercises, medicine balls, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and sandbags are just a few tools, however, we will mix it up because additional means of progression work will help take your workouts up a notch.
