    Allstate is in my blood. My father became an Allstate agent in 1997 and associated with Allstate on the corporate side since 1998. I also represented Allstate in claims and on the National Catastrophe Team before taking over my agency in April 2016. My husband, Josh, works with me in the agency. We welcomed a baby boy, Nolan, in 2023 and are overjoyed to be his parents. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.

    Josh and Amanda took over the agency in 2016. Josh oversees the agency service operations with a laser focus on top-notch customer service. Originally from Orlando, he moved to Birmingham in 2014. He’s the only person on either side of his family who was not born in Kentucky and is a big fan of University of Kentucky basketball. He also married into cheering for Alabama Crimson Tide football. Josh and Amanda welcomed their baby boy, Nolan, in 2023.

    Jordan is originally from Alabama but lived in Texas for eight years before returning home to Birmingham in 2012. His passion for helping others led to him joining the Agency in 2018. When he’s not assisting customers, he loves spending time with his wife, his precious daughter, Ellie, and their two dogs, Happy and Roo. He also enjoys golfing, fishing and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team!

    Originally from the Pinson area, Tamra and her family moved to Oneonta, Alabama, in 2019. With a passion for serving others and years of exceptional customer service experience, Tamra joined the Burns Mitchell Agency in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys doing hair and nails with her daughters, Vivian and Eleanor, and leading church small groups with her husband, Jon.

    Originally from Birmingham, Staci lived in Alabama for 30 years. Staci joined the agency in May 2017 and became an insurance agent after years of customer service experience in other industries. She feels lucky to be able to continue her career and doing what she loves at the agency while working from home. Staci met her spouse, Willard, and moved to Corpus Christi, TX in 2022. In her free time, she loves going to the beach and park with Willard and her bonus son, Will. They also enjoy football and gaming together as a family, and love cheering for Alabama and the Cowboys.

    Jackie is originally from Cedartown, Georgia, but her summers growing up were spent with her family at the lake in Alabama. She has a genuine passion for helping others inside and outside the office. Jackie loves spending her spare time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, and, of course, enjoying lake days on the boat.

    Cristen was born and raised in Rocky Holler. Unless you’re one of the small-town's natives, you’ve probably never heard of such a place. She values the small things in life, like going to church, singing in the choir, and cooking with her kids. Cristen had many years in Customer Service before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her two girls, which she did for three years prior to joining the agency in 2024. When she is not helping protect customers, you can typically find Cristen at home curled up on the couch with a good book and her two little girls piled in her lap.

    Born an Army brat, Anna moved across the country following her father’s active-duty career before settling in Trussville in 2013, where Anna met her husband, James. They still live in Trussville, where they raise their daughter, Paxten, and son, Peter. Anna was a middle school math teacher before starting her career in insurance. This allowed her to take her teacher’s heart from the classroom to the insurance world as she has always been passionate about taking complex information and sharing it in a way that’s easy to understand. Outside of work and her church’s preschool ministry, you’ll find Anna curled up with a good book and crochet hooks, trying her hand at writing a good book, or outside training for her next 5k!

    Originally from Mobile, AL, Gillian lived in Louisiana for 15 years before moving back to Mobile in 2019. In March of 2025, her family finally settled down in a small town called Tallassee, AL. Gillian started her insurance journey in 2020 and ever since has made it her mission to help protect families while teaching them what insurance is truly about. When she isn't helping customers, Gillian enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, Grayson and Roselyn. On weekends, you'll find her either curled up with a good fantasy book or covered head to toe in the paint from her current project.
