Charlene is an invaluable member of our team. She is licensed to handle Property & Casualty insurance matters and has been for more than 30 years. Her primary responsibility is to see that the customers are satisfied with our agency. She is most likely to be the person answering our phones and she does so cheerfully. She handles all service and retention work for each of our agencies and is available to help you review your policy prior to renewal.
Jennifer is licensed to provide two roles for the agency. She provides administrative support for our sales team as well as service support for the customers. Having been trained by Charlene, she’s mighty good at it too! She’s a wife and mother of three…four if you count her husband Andy! Other than being awesome in general, she loves her Florida Gators (but we think more than anything she loves her pug Mable
Bryce is Nice! That’s a great way to describe her. Her nice, professional manner coupled with how much she values helping customers better understand how they can protect their assets makes her a true pleasure to work with. A self-described “true southern girl”, she loves to cook, bake, and do anything outdoors. She is a dog lover with the cutest mutt ever and an English bulldog who definitely runs the house! She even loves watching her Tide play college football. But the coolest thing about her might be that she used to barrel race at the rodeo. Over the years she won three saddles, 5 buckles, a lot of blue ribbons, and even cash money!
Meet "Chef Mandi" - our resident chef. That's right, several years ago Mandi previously worked as a chef (and a darn good one for 15 years); she even earned the opportunity to meet several famous chefs back then. She still loves to cook and when she's not doing that, she enjoys doing crafts with her three kids and being involved with her church family. If you get a chance to talk with her, inevitably you'll find yourself laughing - she is a hoot! That personality helps her build a special relationship with customers as she relays the importance of a properly structured insurance strategy. Further, she has a unique story that motivates her to do the right thing for each family. In short, she has a couple of friends who lost their home because they had poor coverage. Therefore, she works as hard as she can to prevent others from suffering the same - and truly enjoys doing it!
Bonnie Partin is gifted at strategic development. She spent the first half of her career in the executive ranks of corporate America doing strategic preparation and leadership development for large corporations. She bought all of that wealth of experience and knowledge to the financial development and life insurance business many years ago. She helps families find money they are losing unknowingly and unnecessarily, and uses those dollars found, to solidify their financial future, preferably without impacting their current lifestyle. Her deep knowledge, easy-going, low-pressure style make her a pleasure to work with.
Meet Jordan, our resident coffee connoisseur, music lover and want-to-be DJ! Yep, that's right Jordan says one day he might jump out there and do a little DJ-ing if he can. But for now, he says he'll to stick to his bread and butter which is working to make certain he is protecting as many people as possible from uncertainty. Jordan has several years of experience in our industry and prides himself on being able to dig in and find a solution even when one is not readily available. He is a very easy-going, easy to talk to guy which, come to think of it, is a little odd given the amount of Cuban coffee he drinks every day, ha!
Meet Patrick Johnson… or as we like to call him around here — The Patman. Why? Well, it’s like this… While most of us may have moved on from our comic book superhero days, not The Patman! Patrick is a superhero fan like no one you’ve ever met. In fact, his office could easily double as a superhero museum. But that’s just one of the things that makes him such a fun part of our team. Patrick has been a tremendous addition to the agency, known for his diligence in helping customers choose the protection they need for their specific situation. He takes the time to get things right and makes the entire process easy for the people he works with. Around here, we like to say every team needs a superhero — and we’re glad ours is The Patman.
