Dr. Blake Smith was born and raised in Alabama. He attended Auburn University at Montgomery for his undergraduate studies graduating summa cum laude. He then headed to the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, finishing top in his class. Dr. Smith stayed in Birmingham to graduate with high honors from the prestigious University of Alabama School of Medicine. Following an internship in general surgery, he completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, serving as Chief Resident in 2014.
